Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The successful vendor(s) shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and other incidentals required to provide and deliver the specified chemicals to the locations specified in the attached bid specifications. B. Vendors must submit delivered unit price per chemical for the following Two (2) bid items per attached bid item specifications on Page 2 of Bid Proposal Form. All items will be bid one per item basis. The NBC reserves the right to award the bid for each item to different bidders. Bid Item #1- Sodium Hypochlorite Solution Bid Item #2- Sodium Bisulfite Solution C. The pricing for Bid Items one (1) and two (2) should be per Unit of Measure (UOM) and include all product costs, labor, manufacturing and transportation costs. The estimated volumes are given only as a guideline for preparing an offer and should not be construed as representing actual or guaranteed purchases under any new contract. D.
