Clean and restore the invert to ensure that all voids surrounding, beneath, and adjacent to the pipes are filled and lined with Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP), using either Cure-In-Place Pipe (C.I.P.P.) or Structural Concrete. A 54” C.M.P Pipe #SWP 9013 is utilized, with sections separated by a blind junction box. This junction box needs to be brought to grade and have a manhole installed, along with an internal coating of structural concrete liner. Furthermore, an additional manhole must be installed at the downstream end, constructed according to GDOT standards to accommodate an existing sewer line crossing the center of the pipe. (24” C.M.P. Pipe #SWP 7168; 24” C.M.P. Pipe #SWP 884; 18” C.M.P. Pipe SWP 9014) Additionally, repair any grassed areas with suitable sod and restore any disturbed landscape areas to their pre-construction state. Appropriate signage, flagging, flag personnel, barriers, and other necessary safety equipment must be provided as needed. A Traffic Control Plan and Right of Way Permit will be mandatory.
