Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bed Area Maintenance: ● Trimming and pruning of all plant material will be done as needed to maintain a manicured appearance and promote healthy growth. ● All trees/plants must be pruned and/or trimmed as needed to promote a clean and manicured appearance up to a height of 20 feet. ● Owner will be notified of any dead or unsightly plant material at the time of service, and it will be removed and replaced upon owner approval of additional cost. ● Mulched areas will be handing weeded weekly and if the mulched areas been wash away from the rain and blow off, then it need to reapply. ● Cracks in hard surfaces to be monitored weekly for weeds, and chemically treated as needed. ● All plant material will be regularly monitored for disease or insects and will be treated as necessary. ● All plant material will receive two fertilizations per year during the growing season. ● All trees/plant materials will be monitored, and disease treated as needed. Off-Season Services: ● Throughout the winter months, any remaining leaves, sticks, weeds, and debris will continue to be cleaned out of the bed areas on a weekly basis. ● Plants requiring Winter pruning (i.e. Crape Myrtles, Roses, Hydrangeas, Monkey Grass, Ornamental Grass, etc.) will be done between January and March as weather dictates. This pruning will be done the proper way by individuals trained in the technique in order to promote healthy growth the next season. Crape Myrtles above 20’ will not be topped.
