Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Bidder software must have the ability to accept electronic signatures and approvals, in compliance with state and TBR electronic signature policies. 2. Bidder software must be able to attach documents to a unique form record. 3. Bidder software must have the ability to pre-fill form fields. 4. Bidder software must have the ability to be authenticated by school and/or group. 5. Bidder software must be compatible with document imaging software, including Banner Document Management Software and other administrative systems. 6. Bidder software must have document workflow capability. 7. Bidder software must have the ability to view current and previously developed forms. 8. Bidder software must allow unlimited users, forms, and groups. 9. Bidder software must be capable of functioning in a hosted environment. 10. Bidder software must have single sign-on capabilities, as well as other methods of access.
