Specifications include, but are not limited to: Airport Pilot’s Lounge/Manager’s Office, and Public Use Terminal Building with Restaurant space. Provide a facility needs assessment, design engineering services, and agency coordination for design and construction of a new Terminal Building facility to meet the growing needs of the airport. Work will include: determination of facility size / needs / location; public involvement meetings; public and agency coordination; environmental analysis, coordination, and mitigation; ecological/historical reviews; structural plan development for building; site facility plan development; utility coordination; Bidding plans, specifications and engineer’s estimate; and other incidental activities as identified in the Request for Proposals.
