Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall furnish and install one (1) temporary portable 100-ton air handler and one (1) 100-ton chiller on a trailer that is no older than 2018. 2. Rental of this equipment will be for six (6) months from April 15, 2024 through October 15, 2024. 3. Contractor shall provide labor and materials necessary to make all connections with hoses between air handler and chiller as well as power cables. 4. Chatham County will wire the cable “tails” (to be provided by the contractor) to the breakers. 5. Contractor shall supply labor and maintenance including filter replacement for six (6) months to be included in the monthly rental. 6. Contractor shall have a service technician with related HVAC experience on site within 24-48 hours of request of service.
