Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish contract(s) for the Furnish and Install Card Access Control Systems for Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) and Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) on an as-needed basis. Responder must offer goods and services that meet the specifications listed in the Exhibit C Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work in the Sample Contract and Exhibits document. Contractor will be required to furnish all labor, tools, materials, transportation, expenses, and incidentals for the layout, supply, and installation of these systems. Responders must provide pricing for all line items on the Exhibit D Price Schedule, including ICT and HID brand equipment.
