Specifications include, but are not limited to: ❖ Create a partnership with the Health Department that delivers durable, high-quality soft goods for use by staff and MHD programs that are high-quality, consistent, well-designed, and work together with MHD’s overall brand identity and unique programming needs. ❖ Assure environmental sustainability, assure fair and free labor practices, and reduce fossil fuel and landfill activity associated with their business and supply chains. ❖ Develop new ideas and innovative options for soft goods for MHD staff and programs, and ensure quality of the product as well as consistent design and brand identity across all products. ❖ Assure prompt, clear, and consistent ordering, design, and delivery as well as an accessible and accountable design and proofing process. Work on all designs and products in partnership with MHD’s Marketing and Communications team and MHD program managers.
