The Contractor shall be responsible for all parts, labor, and all other associated apparatus necessary to completely install, test, and turn-over for acceptance to the Owner turnkey, fully operational systems. These systems include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. High Density Wireless Network 2. Associated Servers, Core Switching, Edge Switching 3. Owner Furnished Intrusion Detection / Firewall – Model: Cisco 4145 4. Owner Furnished Wi-Fi User Onboarding Service – Model: Cisco ISE Ver. 3.X 5. Owner Furnished Wi-Fi Analytics – Model: Extreme Networks Analytics Tool. 6. Fiber Optic Backbone 7. Horizontal Cabling - UTP 8. Racks, Enclosures, Power Conditioning, UPS 9. Cable Management 10. Infrastructure Pathways 11. Electrical Circuits 12. Removal and responsible recycling of legacy system components to include, but not limited to: a. Removal b. Remediation of any facility damage during removal. c. Inventorying d. Palletizing e. Electronics Recycling f. Documentation of Recycling B. Contractor is responsible for executing the accompanying non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Access to facility drawings will only be provided to those who execute the provided NDA. Alternate forms of NDAs will not be accepted. C. Contractor is responsible for providing all equipment as described and listed in the project RFP Proposal Form. All additional equipment needed to provide a complete turn-key system shall be listed by the Contractor in the “Additional Items Required” section of the RFP Proposal Form. The Owner is accepting proposals for both Capital purchase, Wi-Fi as a Service (WaaS), and will review alternate funding models on a case by case basis.
