Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Access Control: We need an electronic door system to lock and unlock doors between passing periods and during events where others need to get in to attend. This should include software that can set times and lock and unlock. We need this for 10 doors and one automated gate entry. It should have cameras for buzzing people in as well as card readers for employees at a minimum of 4 doors. a. Doors: As a part of the access control system, we will need to replace 9 exterior doors and their frames as a part of this access control system. These doors are a combination of class and medal. The class window in the door must be at a minimum of 20” x 30”. One of the 9 doors is a double door and needs a removable mullion. 2. Cameras: We need to install indoor and outdoor cameras to cover the visual of our two buildings. a. Main Building: Indoor cameras should cover all hallways, the front and rear entries, the multipurpose room, and stairwell. Outside cameras should cover all sides of the building out at least 50 feet. Outside cameras should also give view of all entry and exit doors on the building as well as the court yard on the north side of the building. b. Building 2: Indoor cameras should cover both hallways, and the stairwell. Outdoor camera should cover should cover front and rear entrances and the automated gate. 3. Automated Gate and Fencing: We want to enclose one of our underground parking spaces to keep the homeless out of our property. To do this we will use decorative metal fencing to fill the openings and install an automated gate at the entrance. The automated gate should use access control for employees.
