Primary Elements in the Scope of Work are as follows: ● Colorado River Union High School District #2 is seeking to procure five hundred fully functional Chromebooks, five hundred Google Chromebook Management Licenses, and Pre-provisioning for five hundred Chromebooks. ● CRUHSD #2 needs to have Chromebooks that are able to maximize connection speeds, designed to allow multitasking, are able to withstand drops, and are water-resistant. ● CRUHSD #2 needs to have Google Chromebook Management Licenses that are able to be used with the Chromebooks being purchased. ● CRUHSD #2 needs to have Chromebook Pre-provisioning provided by vendor. ● Proposal Minimum Requirements: • Chromebooks ▪ Quad-Core Processor ▪ 8 Gigabytes of RAM ▪ 64 Gigabytes Storage ▪ IP41-Rated ▪ High-Definition Camera ▪ Digital Microphone ▪ Wireless Wi-fi 6 Card ▪ Google Expiration Date per Auto Update Policy no earlier than 2030 ▪ Must include power supplies, all necessary accessories, and cables needed for Chromebooks to function at a minimum • Google Chromebook Management Licenses: ▪ Five hundred functional Google Chromebook Management Licenses • Chromebook Pre-provisioning: ▪ Pre-provision of the five hundred Chromebooks • The main task that the district is seeking to accomplish is to ensure that an adequate number of fully functional Chromebooks, Google Chromebook Management Licenses, & Chromebook Preprovisioning can be acquired to be able to continue our one-to-one technology initiative.
