Services shall include: Engagement with prospective, current, and former participants of the programs. Maintenance of organizational supports to ensure the provision of quality interactions and services to families served by the program. Collaboration with the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) to ensure compliance needs are met and opportunities for continuous improvement of the program are acted upon. Entities eligible to submit proposals under this Request for Grant Proposal (RFP) are agencies with the capacity to effectively administer Wisconsin Works and Related Programs. Eligible entities include but are not limited to: • Government agencies, or incorporated entities created by government entities; • Private, not-for-profit entities; • Consortiums; • Private, for-profit entities; and • Tribal governing bodies.
