The anticipated scope of work includes but is not limited to establish and conduct a classification review and study, agree to a market methodology, conduct a market review in alignment with the agreed upon methodology, and support the parties in completing the project. Desired Consultant Capabilities • Ability to begin this work as soon as possible. • Must have a regularly updated aggregate database that can match jobs within the bargaining unit to the market. Ideally the aggregate data will include samples that align with regionally specific data, Public sector, and strong representation of the types of classifications represented by the bargaining unit, and the ability to filter and match compensation data based on at least industry, region, and organization size. • Provide a clear definition of the threshold to be used to determine a job match. When the defined threshold is not met to establish a job match, the Consultant should be able to address this potentially through blending and weighting positions to build a match reflective of position.
