Specifications include, but are not limited to: Medford Roof Replacement; a. Complete removal of all existing roofing, (in compliance with keeping building watertight), insulation, flashing and sheet metal down the underlying built-up roof membrane system which shall remain. Inspection of the salvaged BUR and cleaning and applicable repairs to render the substrate acceptable for the new specified roof assembly. b. Over the inspected, cleaned, and prepared substrate; mechanically attach two (2) layers of 2.6” polyisocyanurate insulation field and tapered board and ½” high density coverboard; ¼” DensDeck Prime at all vertical surfaces that will receive membrane; fully adhere 60-mil PVC membrane system and flashing membrane; new perimeter metal, raising of equipment and penetrations to meet height requirements, and finish with all incidentals to complete the specified and warranted assembly.
