The City requests that responding vendors propose the following equipment, installation, and services for the Carnegie Room: 1. Centralized management capabilities of both the audio and visual equipment. 2. Cameras positioned at a minimum on the north and the south sides of the room, with zoom capabilities, to capture both commissioners' and podium faces when speaking. 3. Microphones that can be muted and controlled both by the individuals speaking and an individual with control of all video and sound, including a ceiling microphone or system that will be able to pick up comments that are not spoken directly into a microphone. 4. Ability to show presentations on all screens without having to present through a video meeting. The audio and video being streamed or recorded should show the presentation and hear the person presenting. 5. Include both a live stream option and the ability to record meetings for upload to the City’s YouTube channel. The City requests that responding vendors also propose the following equipment, installation, and services for the Community Center: 1. Centralized management capabilities of both the audio and visual equipment. 2. Upgrade projection and sound in the multi-purpose room. 3. Upgrade the sound system in the gym and lobby. 4. Upgrade microphone capabilities in all areas to include the ability to use over the entire building or separate rooms individually. 5. Ability to use the sound system and microphone over the entire building, while also separating specific rooms (gym, lobby, multi-purpose room). 6. Install an intercom system for the entire building with the capability to separate rooms.
