PacifiCorp is seeking proposals of 2, 5, and 10 years (bids) from parties (Bidders) interested in providing firm RECs that qualify as CRS-listed. The RECs must also be generated from a facility located in the WECC territory, and the facility must be registered in WREGIS and comply with WREGIS requirements. • REC Product A: 2 year strip of 291 RECs annually from a Washington State located wind and/or solar facility. • REC Product B: 5 year strip of 291 RECs annually from a Washington State located wind and/or solar facility. • REC Product C: 10 year strip of 291 RECs annually from a Washington State located wind and/or solar facility. • REC Product D: 2 year strip of 1,120 RECs annually from a Wyoming located wind and/or solar facility. • REC Product E: 5 year strip of 1,120 RECs annually from a Wyoming located wind and/or solar facility. • REC Product F: 10 year strip of 1,120 RECs annually from a Wyoming located wind and/or solar facility. • REC Product G: 2 year strip of 2,266 RECs annually from an Oregon located wind and/or solar facility. • REC Product H: 5 year strip of 2,266 RECs annually from an Oregon located wind and/or solar facility.
