Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate and select an A/E to assist the Owner in the performance of its obligations and enforcement of its rights during the design and/or construction of the MNSU-24-SU First Floor Mav Ave Refresh located at Minnesota State University, Mankato. This proposal will include preliminary design services to provide recommendations and cost estimates to refresh the aesthetic appearance of the first floor Mav Ave hallway and seating areas. Work may include but not be limited to removal/replacement of dated acrylic panels hung form the ceiling and guardrails, Updating light fixtures and other finish upgrades. These design service will assist the Student Union in determining how to fund and proceed with this project.
