Specifications include, but are not limited to: Portions of the Stassen Building that was constructed in 1998 and is approximately 470,000sf. The Stassen Building houses several Governmental entities. The proposed project is to renovate portions of the existing building approximately 37,000sf for an office build out with renovation to one of the dock areas.
