The primary purpose of this solicitation is to obtain services from organizations capable and suited for supporting culturally and linguistically responsive family engagement in the work of the SOCAC and SOC at large. While historically, OHA has supported family engagement in SOC efforts through existing contracts, with passage of SB4 and execution of an Interagency Agreement (IAA) with OHA, SOCAC is now establishing unique contracts to support this work. The goal of the contract(s) is to actualize family engagement in Oregon’s SOC, ensuring family voices are diverse, included, and centered within every decision point. Primary beneficiaries of this contract will be the SOCAC and children youth and family who are impacted by the system.
