Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Minnesota is requesting proposal(s) for Architecture and Engineering services to design for the replacement of hot and cold-water mains and capping of abandoned water mains in the lower level of Building 21 at DHS Brainerd RTC, Brainerd, Minnesota. a. Replacement of hot and cold-water mains routed through basement and crawl space under first floor; b. Provide temporary piping as required to minimize disruption to occupants; c. Removal and capping of abandoned water main lines; d. Patching of existing walls as required at capped water line penetrations; e. Removal and replacement of existing soffit and acoustic tile ceiling as required; f. Relocation/removal of existing electrical components as required; g. Address support and existing conduits in area of scope. Repipe as required. h. Relocation of mechanical devices as required; i. Painting as required; j. Install new lighting as required
