Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Branson (COB) is requesting the submittal of qualifications for intersection improvements to include an Eastbound right turn lane to turn south on Hwy. 165 from eastbound W. 76 Country Blvd. To better assist traffic flow for vehicles turning south on Hwy. 165. This will include an updated traffic signal, new cabinet and controls, pedestrian crossings, sidewalk and landscaping, water line improvements and all appurtenances. This project will align with the Spirit of 76 Corridor Master Plan. This project is going to require collaboration, review and approval with MoDOT. Design Services: shall include but are not limited to surveying, geotechnical investigations, traffic studies and reports, ADA compliance survey, sidewalk improvements, landscape, creative elements, subsurface utility exploration, storm sewer design, estimated 400 ft of 12” water line design, intersection design, roadway design, public involvement, environmental and historic preservation services/permits, contract documents, assisting with the bid documents, utility coordination/permits, and traffic controls design, including preparation of plans, specifications & estimates (PS&E) and final documents.
