Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.) Remove existing roof awning and support posts, patch where post terminate on stone veneer. 2.) Remove existing soffit and facia to the limits of new construction. 3.) Construct new roof to match existing and framing to accommodate HVAC unit above soffit (see plans attached). 4.) Match existing soffit, facia, and siding. 5.) Paint all new construction to match existing building. 6.) Match existing shingles. 7.) Install gutter and downspout(s) ; Add Alternate: 1) Remove and replace shingles on roof of adjacent building. Lump sum. 2) Price to replace roof decking as needed per SF. Exclusions: 1.) Removal of existing HVAC unit and ducting. 2.) Removal and replacement of security camera and lighting. 3.) Relocation of data conduit above existing awning. 4.) All electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
