Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Project will consist of producing a set of Construction Documents (Drawings and Technical Specifications) and a Project Manual for the West Intake Rehab project. Basic Services provided may include, but are not limited to the following: Design Phase Services 1. Meet with City staff at critical stages throughout design. 2. Perform field and topographic surveys as necessary. 3. Perform investigative soil borings as necessary. 4. Coordinate with other City utilities and private utility owners. 5. Prepare temporary easement, permanent easement, and/or right-of-way descriptions as necessary. 6. Develop and submit conceptual drawings (30% complete) with an estimate of probable construction costs (EPCC). 7. Develop and submit field-check drawings (60% complete) and an updated EPCC. 8. Develop and submit office-check drawings and project manual (90% complete) and an updated EPCC. 9. Develop and submit final drawings, project manual, invitation to bid, bid form, and a final EPCC for the purpose of bidding the project. 10. Facilitate the pre-bid meeting.
