Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maricopa County seeks responses from qualified providers of independent drug testing and substance abuse monitoring services to perform testing and monitoring as required by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office (MCAO) for participants of felony diversion programs. Certain MCAO Diversion Programs (Program(s)) require random drug testing as part of the offender’s treatment plan. Drug testing and surveillance monitoring are used in conjunction with an offender’s diversion treatment. The MCAO Diversion Program Treatment Contractor in those specific programs shall refer eligible offenders to an MCAO contracted independent laboratory for substance use monitoring and drug testing services. Drug testing compliance and results will be a consideration of the offender’s overall successful or unsuccessful completion of their diversion program. MCAO is seeking a Contractor(s) who can provide local in-person collection ability, and/or remote testing options, and/or tele-collections options.
