• Automatic seat activation shall be by an automatic wall sensor and a handicap push button mounted on unit. • The Seats shall be made of fire-retardant materials, include waterproof connector and quick disconnects for easy serviceability and safe DC Transformer. • Seat Brackets and springs shall be made of 316 stainless (or equivalent) and include a removal tray under the take up plastic roll to allow for easier cleaning. • Replacement parts to include seats, transformers, sensors, blades and including the complete seat shall be provide for life at no additional charge or freight cost. • Plastic replacement rolls shall be made of High-Density Polyethylene resin and minimum 0.4 Mil per each side with approximately 100 seating’s per roll capacity and a colored line (or other indicator) at end of roll for the last few (minimum of 5) seatings. • Contractor shall provide onsite repair services within 8 hours upon notification of defects in covers or dispensers at no additional charge for the life of the seats. • RIAC will provide a 110V power source to each public bathroom location and Contractor will be responsible for all low voltage interconnect wiring to each new seat.
