Specifications include, but are not limited to: Survey and test pits; Coordinating with private utility companies through the Amtrak Project Manager, including Eversource to provide a power source to the new pump station and MDC for the stormwater connections; Installation and maintenance of sedimentation control system; Constructing a ballasted depression and ballasted swale to accommodate storm runoff overflows; Handling and disposing of excess contaminated material; Dewatering of groundwater and surface water; Installation of track monitoring; Installation of metal sheeting to protect existing utilities and railbed structure; Installation of catch basins and manholes; Installation of pipe network connecting catch basins and manholes
