The College seeks a comprehensive plan to procure all of the necessary equipment and supplies to provide Global Wind Organisation (GWO) Basic Technical Training Modules in its Wind Turbine Technicians program. The recommended equipment and supplies must adhere to the established GWO standards. Qualified proposers will possess a complete understanding of GWO standards and the proven expertise with which to provide the College with a detailed, wellresearched, and cost-effective plan for procuring the necessary equipment and supplies for each of the training standards outlined in this RFP. Successful delivery of the proposed solution will result in the following: A degree and certificate program that possesses all of the necessary equipment and supplies for training wind turbine technicians A degree and certificate program that possesses all of the necessary equipment and supplies that will enable the College to initiate a request for accreditation by the GWO An inventory of equipment and supplies of sufficient quantity and quality with which to offer wind turbine technician training An inventory of equipment and supplies with the appropriate specifications, durability, and usability in alignment with GWO training standards Communication between the College and a provider with regard to maintaining the usability and safety of all procured equipment and supplies Open and ongoing communication between the College and a provider with regard to replenishing any supplies as needed after the initial procurement is complete Financial value to the College
