Specifications include, but are not limited to: Multnomah County (County) seeks responses from firms that are interested in providing Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) services. Information gathered as a result of this Request for Information (RFI) may assist the County in the construction of any potential sourcing events(s) and provide the County knowledge of available services or products in the market place. There shall be no monetary exchange or contract resulting from this RFI. The County, at its sole discretion, may request product demonstrations from any or all qualified respondents. The County is seeking the services of a qualified and professional PBM. Services can include but are not limited to the following: • Claims Processing & Payment; • Formulary Management; • Network Management; • Rebate Management; • Benefit Application; • Customer Service (member, pharmacy, prescriber); • Account Management; • Clinical Program Management; • UM Criteria Management; • Grievance & Appeals; • Invoicing; • Reporting; • Compliance/FWA; • Member Communications; and • File Exchange and Processing.
