This agreement will include the migration of data from NeoGov, LearningZen, and BenSelect (EBC (Enrollment Benefit Concepts)) systems into a robust repository, as well as ongoing maintenance and support services related to the repository. A key selection criterion has capabilities to support data management including online data from 0-2 years, nearline data 2-6 years, offline data 6-75 years, retrieval of archived data and purge of data according to City retention policy. The solution, as specified herein, shall be referenced by the software solutions proposer hereafter called the “Proposer” solely for the conduct of activities as described in the specification, unless otherwise approved by the City’s representative. These specifications will become part of the City enterprise historical data repository contract (limited initially to NeoGov, LearningZen and EBC data) and will be binding on the parties to the contract. The City envisions the solution providing a secure, reliable, robust, and interactive cloud-based (SaaS) platform that will effectively, efficiently, and securely manage historical data while adhering continuously to associated federal and state regulations within a dynamic operational framework. Ongoing support and training are expected for the duration of the contract to ensure NeoGov, LearningZen and EBC data is acceptably transferred to and referenceable within the new solution and solution users are appropriately using the solution.
