Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Developing policies and procedures where required; 2. Establishing and/or verifying eligibility under the Relief Funds; 3. Establishing procedures for verification of eligibility for award and expenditure of Relief Funds; 4. Designing/establishing application procedures; 5. Establishing a web-based portal, or other processes to accept applications for the award of Relief Funds and receive and respond to inquiries regarding the status of applications; 6. Confirmation of verification of eligibility and final disbursement of Relief Funds or other award of proceeds; 7. Coordinating with federal and state agencies, including the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the U.S. a. Attorney's office, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the MS Office of State Auditor, where required; 8. Providing for fraud, waste, and abuse identification, reporting, and remediation; 9. Providing assistance and representation to any federal or state audit of Relief Funds; 10. Providing for consolidated financial reporting; 11. Providing periodic status reports including reporting on financial performance and projection modeling; 12. Processing for review and any subsequent reporting required by the Relief Funds
