Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Work includes the provision of all labor, material, equipment, management, coordination, supervision and administration to complete the Work as outlined. B. The Contractor shall complete the following work. The following outline of work is noted by System. The work to be completed is the Base Bid (Roof Sections A, B, and C). The work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. System #1 (Roof Sections A) a. Remove all existing roofing down to the plywood over metal deck. b. Install self-adhering high temperature metal roofing underlayment to the roof deck. c. Install R-Mer Span metal roof panel mechanically clipped to the prepared deck. d. Install new gutter, downspouts, ridge, rake, and all accessories. e. Remove brick chimney and repair substrate as specified. f. Provide manufactures 35-year No Dollar Limit roof warranty. g. Provide contractors 5-year labor warranty. 2. System #2 (Roof Section B and C) a. Remove all existing roofing, insulations, and accessories down to the Tectum deck. b. Mechanically attach base sheet with clips to the Tectum deck. c. Adhered 1/4” Polyisocyanurate taper system with ½” start to the base sheet with low rise foam adhesive at the specified rates. d. Fully adhere PVC-KEE single ply membrane to the Polyisocyanurate taper system. e. Install all new wall, perimeter, and roof penetration flashings. f. Install new 24-gauge Kynar finish metal edge, gutters, downspouts, wall flashings, and counter flashings as designed. g. Provide manufactures 20-year Edge to Edge No Dollar Limit roof warranty. h. Provide contractors 2-year labor warranty
