Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall: Perform all urine and oral fluid screening and confirmation testing. No subcontractors shall be used without prior written approval of the County. Perform specimen validity tests on all urine specimens to determine dilution, adulteration, and/or substitution. Creatinine and Specific Gravity must be analyzed on all urine specimens. All validity testing shall be performed in accordance with CAP and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA) specifications. For laboratory based testing, the Contractor shall perform the following urinalysis and oral fluid drug testing: For urinalysis testing, the Contractor shall provide and option for screening first for urine creatinine. For urinalysis and oral fluid testing, the Contractor shall provide an option to create a panel with any combination and number of the following substances: Amphetamines/Methamphetamines Barbiturates Benzodiazepines Buprenorphine Carisoprodol Cocaine Ethyl Glucuronide/Ethyl Sulfate Fentanyl Heroin
