There is a foot path actively used by residents for access from Stafford Elementary School to Morris Avenue; the selected buyer shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with relocation of the foot path and restoration to a condition similar to the current foot path. Additionally, the selected buyer shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with the sale of the parcel segment. The property, being zoned as R-15, is intended to be reused in a manner appropriate to such area.
