Specifications include, but are not limited to: TWICE WEEKLY CLEANING TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Front door, entryway, and reception/display area: - Clean entry windows and doorframes each time. - Dust and clean cabinets, countertops, tables, display racks, and windowsills. - Sweep/vacuum/mop floors at least once a week. Offices, conference room, and cubicle area: - Dust/clean all desks, countertops, tables, windowsills, and other flat surfaces. - Sweep/vacuum/mop floors at least once a week. Restrooms, two (2) upstairs and one (1) downstairs: - Clean/disinfect sinks, toilets, fixtures, and mirrors. - Clean/disinfect basement shower as needed. - Refill soap, toilet paper, and paper towel dispensers as needed. - Line feminine waste cans with liners as needed. - Sweep/mop/disinfect floors at least once a week. Break room: - Dust/clean sink, countertop, and table at least once a week. - Sweep/mop floor at least once a week. Stairwell: - Sweep/mop/dust at least once a week. Windows and blinds: - Dust/clean blinds monthly. - Clean smudges on windows and frames at least once a week. - Periodic window washing is not included in this contract
