Specifications include, but are not limited to:In collaboration with USBE Agency staff, the Contractor will facilitate a comprehensive set of activities to advance the successful integration of The Science of the Positive and Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences (HOPE) framework. The proposed plan includes the following key components: A. Goal Planning with USBE Prevention and Student Services team to share desired outcomes for this project, plan for the work ahead, and discuss how it will be customized for LEA prevention teams. B. Two 90-minute virtual trainings on the Science of the Positive and Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences (HOPE) framework to an audience of LEAs and key stakeholders identified by USBE. ● Estimated timing: Before the one-day onsite interactive workshop (estimated March/April 2024) ● Meetings to be hosted on the contractor’s Zoom account. C. One-Day Onsite Interactive Workshop. The contractor will provide a oneday in-person workshop on integration, skill building, and collaboration around the Science of Positive Community Norms and HOPE (Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences). The workshop will directly proceed the Utah Prevention Coalition Association (UPCA) Summit at Bryce Canyon. ● Date: June 11, 2024 ● Location: Best Western Plus Ruby’s Inn, Bryce Canyon, Utah 3 ● USBE will be responsible for marketing the event to potential participants and establishing the registration process. ● USBE will be responsible for securing and paying for the meeting room for the interactive workshop
