Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional development services specifically focused on the following eight areas to be delivered over two years. Year One (March 2024) - a two-day Summit (training) and planning meeting and Year Two (SY 2024-2025): customized, personalized coaching for participating school/LEA teams that volunteer to participate. The training/coaching will include but is not limited to: 1. Data-Informed Teaching and Leadership 2. Collaborative Teams with a Focus on Efficacy 3. High Leverage Strategies for Instruction 4. Fearless Assessment: Meaningful Assessments as the Heart of Feedback and Instruction 5. Fearless Classrooms 6. Effective Use of Time and Schedules 7. Culturally Responsive, yes! But Whose Culture are We Responding To? 8. High Quality Student Data and Effective Analysis During SY 2024-2025 the model includes these services: • Four (4) on-site visits for each participating school/LEA • On demand follow-up, • On demand implementation and progress monitoring • On demand support through video conferences, phone, email, and • On demand virtual learning to support on-site learning and implementation assistance.
