The City of Peoria, Arizona (City) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to prepare an “update” to an existing Design Concept Report (DCR). This contract may be a two-phase contract. Phase I of the contract will consist of services to prepare an update to: the Design Concept Report, Environmental Assessments and related studies and reports as outlined in this document. Phase I will be broken into two segments, Segment 1 will be Lake Pleasant Parkway from the SR303L to the Central Arizona project (CAP) and Segment 2 will be Lake Pleasant Parkway from the CAP to SR 74. Phase II of the contract may be activated at the discretion of the City after completion of Phase I scope of work by means of a contract modification and may consist of the final design and preparation of construction documents for Segment 1 only, or for Segment 1 and Segment 2 combined depending on available funding. This Project will be funded entirely or partially with Federal funding, all documents and reports must strictly adhere to Federal funding criteria, standards, and methodology. As with the update to the DCR, the design effort will also contain two Segments; Segment 1 will be from the SR303L to the CAP and Segment 2 will be from the CAP to SR 74.
