Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for supplying all labor, material, and equipment, for repairing and resealing cracks in pavements in District 14 according to the Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction 2024 and modifications listed in these contract documents. ODOT will provide the crack sealing material for the Contractor’s use and ODOT will provide all traffic Control on the project for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents.
