Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful respondent will manage a diverse selection of food trucks that will service Town of Queen Creek parks and recreation facilities during high use times. The successful respondent will: 1. Schedule a. Maintain a schedule of food truck vendors at each location and provide the Town a list of scheduled food trucks at each location one month in advance. This schedule will be approved by the Recreation Manager and or designee. The Town has the right to reject a food truck vendor if they are not meeting the needs outlined in this request. b. Communicate with town staff about cancellations/changes to the schedule within 24 hours. 2. Operations a. The respondent will require that scheduled food trucks: 1) Comply with all park rules: https://www.queencreekaz.gov/home/showdocument?id=30799 2) Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure the staff is provided with the appropriate training. 3) Serve food for the entire scheduled period 4) Properly dispose of any waste generated by their service and leave the site clean. 5) Offer a diverse menu that includes more than one type of food item. Food may include artisan and specialty offerings. i) The sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. ii) The sale of food or beverages in glass containers is prohibited. 6) Be self-sufficient and able to operate without power and water hookups 7) Operate with a current Maricopa County Health Permit 8) Operate with a current Town of Queen Creek Business License 9) Food service workers must have current Food Handlers License 10) Operate with a current Fire Inspection permit 11) Are in full compliance with all federal, state, county, and local regulations and laws as well as health regulations relating to the preparation and distribution of food and beverage, including licensing requirements governing the sale of products...
