Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe University (LCOOU) is requesting proposals for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services. This request for proposals is part of a selection process to engage a CM firm to provide services for the construction of its proposed new dormitory which will consist of 82 beds and an alternate of 16 additional beds for a possible total of 98 beds and associated amenities. LCOOU has procured the services of LSE Architects, Inc., 1401 Glenwood Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55405 to provide professional architectural services for this project. The selected CM firm will initially provide value engineering services with LSE and the University after which time a Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) contract with an established Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will be negotiated and agreed to with concurrence from USDA-Rural Development.
