The improvement includes installation of flow monitoring equipment for eight new sanitary sewer flow meters and various improvements at multiple existing sanitary sewer flow meter sites. Work includes associated electrical and control equipment including buried conduits, concrete pads for control panels, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, culverts, access drives, new manhole construction or manhole adjustments at selected locations, landscape timber retaining walls, traffic control, surface restoration and miscellaneous associated work, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 662-001/019, located at various locations in Polk County, Iowa, Dallas County, Iowa, and Warren County, Iowa.
