Contractor shall provide all labor, materials to construct a metal awning that will be used to house the tactical gear and trailers for the Louisiana State Police (LSP) Mobility and Communication Services (MCS) office. Metal building shall be constructed/assembled on the existing slab of the parking lot co-located by the Office of Technology Services (OTS) and MCS. Metal building shall be 70 feet wide by 100 feet long and 20 feet high. Metal Building Breakdown Overall width: 70 feet (outside of leg to opposite outside leg) Overall length: 100 feet (outside of leg to opposite outside of leg, may hay have slight roof overhang) Overall height: 20 feet Roof Pitch: 2/12 Side sheets: 6 feet Metal building roof shall be 2/12 pitch with gable frame. Metal building shall have 6 foot side panel (walls will remain open up to 14 feet above finished floor free spanned). Metal building gable ends shall be enclosed with the same material used for side panels (Walls will remain open up to 14 feet above finished floor free spanned). Metal building shall have a wind certification of 140 miles per hour. Metal building shall have half round aluminum gutters installed along the 100 foot edges on both sides of the awning with a downspout on each corner. Metal building roof shall be 26 gauge R-panel with a 30 year warranty.
