Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish to the HCDA all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, supplies and material to upgrade nineteen (19) existing luminaires on the Premises as described below (the Work ): A. Makai Park. Retrofit thirteen (13) existing luminaires with twin top LED luminaire as identified in green in Exhibit B. B. Mauka Park. Retrofit six (6) existing luminaires with twin top LED luminaire as identified in Exhibit C. The Contractor is responsible for: 1. Verifying the locations of light fixtures and circuits and conditions in the field and counting all fixtures and wiring circuits prior to bidding. The drawings provided by the HCDA provide approximate locations of light fixtures and circuits 2. Submitting a project work schedule to HCDA in writing for approval prior to commencing any work. Schedule should also include anticipated lead time. 3. Inspecting existing fixture components for damage. 4. Immediately reporting to the HCDA any problems found and flag the fixture. 5. Thoroughly cleaning all light fixtures being re-lamped during the re-lamping process. 6. Testing all fixtures upon completion to verify that they are working appropriately and safely. 7. Preserving in operating condition all active utilities on site. 8. Coordinating outages to the area light system with the HCDA. 9. Removing and properly disposing of all HID lamps and other material designated for upgrade. 10. Preparing a set of as-built drawings detailing any changes to the design, drawings, and specifications. The HCDA will accept an electronic as-built drawing set in an agreed upon file format.
