Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Urbandale is currently working with Confluence and Bishop Engineering on the design and master plan for the Walnut Creek Regional Park Playground. Confluence and Bishop Engineering are considered the “Primary Consultant Team”. The main component of this project will be a large regional size playground located south of the large shelter in the regional park. The “Primary Consultant Team” has prepared a base map and survey of the area and will be working with the selected Bidder to finalize layout and prepare Contract Documents for bidding and construction of elements associated with the playground. These elements include but are not limited to; sidewalk connections, paving under picnic table and bench areas, grading, edging, erosion control, surface restoration, landscaping, signs, furnishings, and other related items.
