Specifications include, but are not limited to: The architectural team selected for this project will work closely with the Maury County Building Committee, Maury County Commission and local leaders to provide design/plans for the construction/renovation of all three floors of the Maury County Courthouse. The first floor to become a museum for local artifacts/paintings etc. where the public will be able to come and learn of Maury County’s rich history. The Maury County Mayor’s office and staff will occupy the second floor of the courthouse. Also on the second floor a large room will be needed for county commission meetings, and a room suitable for the grand jury. The third floor will be renovated to provide office space for (5) Judges and staff and must be secured.
