1. Control of water and site dewatering for the project duration 2. Demolition of an existing concrete spillway, bridge, county road, and pedestrian trail 3. Construction of a seepage cutoff wall for the length of the dam that consists of approximately 115,000 SF of wall that extends to depths up to 85 feet. 4. Construction of a new reinforced concrete labyrinth spillway that is 125-feet wide and contains more than 5,800 CY of reinforced concrete. 5. Construction of a new low level outlet consisting of a pre-fabricated concrete intake structure, 125 LF of 36” Dia. HDPE Pipe, and 2 stainless steel slide gates. 6. Earthwork including excavation for the new spillway and embankment construction. Total earthwork volumes exceed 150,000 CY. 7. Construction of a new bituminous county road and pedestrian trail along the crest of the dam. 8. Construction of a new county bridge over the new spillway
