Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful proposer will provide the following high level of work. 1. Provide industry best practices to deliver a managed print solution 2. Provide a central print management software to enable printing from any location. 3. Provide a high security and privacy model to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the City’s data. 4. Assess City’s current MFDs fleet and develop a 3-5 year life cycle plan 5. Manage the City’s fleet of MFDs throughout the length of the contract 6. Provide maintenance services to all devices in the scope 7. Provide a high quality of customer service 8. Manage the supply fulfillment (paper and toner) process. 9. Provide comprehensive reporting based on specific metrics, including volume, utilization etc. 10. Replace or retire City MFD.
