Specifications include, but are not limited to: Required staff needed would be 3-4 workers to properly maintain the festival grounds during operating hours. Operating hours of the festival are 5-9pm on Fridays, 11am-9pm on Saturdays, 12-7pm on the first Sunday and 12-5pm on the second Sunday. On each day of the Festival, staff should arrive one hour prior to the festival opening time to assure all receptacles are properly in place and stay about an hour after festival closing time to assure grounds are cleaned up properly. The chosen vendor is responsible for total cleanup of all trash left in the festival area. Trash must be taken by small utility cart or by hand to the 30- yard roll-off dumpsters provided by the Refuse & Recycling vendor. Chosen vendor must provide 95- gallon plastic liners to fit the refuse/recycling carts provided by the Refuse & Recycling vendor. All trash (from the garbage totes placed around festival grounds or on the ground) must be put into plastic bags before being deposited in the roll-off dumpsters. On the morning after the Fireworks show, chosen vendor must clean all debris from the Dog Park (located on Mill Street) and adjacent parking lot/linear trail, prior to the park re-opening at 12pm. The Fireworks are scheduled for Saturday, October 5th with a rain date of October 12th. Therefore, the Dog Park would need to cleaned on either the morning of October 6th or October 13th by noon. On Monday, October 14, 2024 workers must be on-site to clean up festival grounds prior to 12pm when all dumpster will be removed. Trash must be picked up from all areas used by the festival and its participants.
