The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace boiler unit in the Research Office at Carlos Avery Wildlife Management Area. • Remove existing boiler and dispose of offsite. • Supply and install a Burnham ALTA-120B 95% high efficiency boiler or equivalent (must have equivalent warranty as well as specifications). • Install the specified unit per manufacturer and code specifications. • Test unit to confirm proper operation. • Notify project manager upon completion of installation and successful operation of new unit. • Provide operation instruction to site staff, designated by the projected manager. • Leave all manuals, literature, and other paperwork pertaining to the new boiler with site staff. • Clean area free of any related debris created through the process of completing the work.
