Specifications include, but are not limited to: Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) is searching for a vendor who can provide Refurbished Yealink Phone Products as a Supply Agreement. Vendor must sign KUB's Supply Agreement. Sample Agreement is attached within the bid. Please read this contract and be aware of section 3.2 when submitting your bid which states; "All pricing for materials by KUB under this Agreement shall be firm for a twelve (12) month period". Vendor must be able to provide all items as part of the Supply Agreement in order to submit a valid bid. Term is three years with the option of two additional one (1) year extensions. Providers of Refurbished in Like New condition phone products must meet the following requirements: All products must be fully tested and fully functional with warranty exceeding 3 months. All products must be well and professionally packaged as though the product is new. All products must include all parts that would be contained in new product packaging: cords, power adapters, handsets, etc. All products need to show no signs of wear with minimal visible blemishes. All products must be provided with a new or sterilized handset. All products must appear in like new condition.
